Gastronomy

 

Our restaurant is well known for its exclusive and great cuisine which satisfies all kinds of tastes, from traditional cuisine, made from roasted, braised and grilled meats, to a fresh product cuisine. Also we make sure that all the supplies used are always from the current season and consume local products or hunt as well.

In our strengths there is also the ability to serve dishes of our own creation, such as our famous chickpeas and cod gratinated with aioli, “a thousand leaves” of potato, bacon and foie gras; or filet steak done in Cal Carter’s style. Nor can we forget the traditional recipes of Mura: the “Poti-Poti” and “baietó”.

We have a wide selection of desserts, which all of them are homemade dishes, including the variety of ice creams we offer.

Complete the meal by choosing a good wine from our extensive wine cellar, highlighting the regional: D.O. Pla de Bages.

In Cal Carter you can enjoy different spaces. The restaurant also offers private dining rooms where you can make family celebrations, weddings, communions, baptisms, business conventions, and social events either with family or friends.

    •  Private room for groups up to 120 people.
    •  Our most special place "The Cellar" for 25 people.

We have private parking for our guests.
