Gastronomy

 

Our restaurant is well known for its exclusive and great cuisine which satisfies all kinds of tastes, from traditional cuisine, made from roasted, braised and grilled meats, to a fresh product cuisine. Also we make sure that all the supplies used are always from the current season and consume local products or hunt as well.

In our strengths there is also the ability to serve dishes of our own creation, such as our famous chickpeas and cod gratinated with aioli, “a thousand leaves” of potato, bacon and foie gras; or filet steak done in Cal Carter’s style. Nor can we forget the traditional recipes of Mura: the “Poti-Poti” and “baietó”.

We have a wide selection of desserts, which all of them are homemade dishes, including the variety of ice creams we offer.

Complete the meal by choosing a good wine from our extensive wine cellar, highlighting the regional: D.O. Pla de Bages.

We have a reserved space bar service with a warm and very close service. The bar is designed to take from a coffee in the morning or a good breakfast with fork to eating snacks throughout the day, making vermouth, or even drinking at end the day a good gin and tonic or mojito.

We also offer a private parking for our guests.
